With Siena Enterprise Integration, the client fed images and data via a web UI to a remote group that resolves issues without interfering with line work. Siena logged the result into the client’s back-end systems.

DEEP LEARNING SOLUTION

Observing the work of the remote team, Siena and the client found an opportunity to automate the handling of a large percentage of images. Siena applied Deep Learning to those images and successfully diverted unnecessary work from the image stream sent to the remote group. The remote group’s efficiency and accuracy both increased.
